Company accounts preparation

  • We prepare the company’s accounts in accordance with company reporting standards (FRS 105 (Micro) or FRS 102 (S1A)) and in accordance with Companies Act 2006 latest company legislation and ensure these are filed with the Revenue and Companies House in a timely manner to avoid the stringent penalties in operation, assist with cash flow forecasting and budgeting along with aiding business projections and planning.
  • We can carry out a pre-screening exercise before submission to identify any areas which may cause HMRC to select you for enquiry. This will enable us to resolve these issues before submission and minimise the chances of an enquiry.
  • We review and ensure all allowable expenditure is claimed to minimize profits where appropriate, and reduce the tax bill.
  • We can deal with correspondence from the Inland Revenue

Personal accounts preparation

Payroll bureau

  • Payroll isn’t simplistic and has deadlines for payments and year end returns. If you are an employer, you are responsible for any potential mistakes. We run payrolls monthly, quarterly and annually. We can advise on the most suitable for your business if necessary.
  • This will save you time and stress in meeting the Revenue penalty driven reporting deadlines.
  • We can provide a full payroll service providing weekly or monthly payroll processing with employee payslips and notification of Revenue payment requirements together with a full end of tax year service submitting On Line to the Revenue and P60 to your employees.
  • If you are an owner managed business, we will advise you on the most tax efficient remuneration packages.

Auto Enrolment

  • Every employer with at least one member of staff now has to enrol those who are eligible into a workplace pension scheme and contribute towards it. If you’re not sure what to do or how to do it, we can undertake it for you.
  • We will submit accurate data to the pension provider and ensure you payment direct debit is set up.
  • We will ensure your three yearly Re-Enrolment and Re-Declarations are completed and submitted to the pension regulator.

PAYE health check

  • We will review your PAYE records to ensure that you are complying with all the requirements. This will minimise the risk of penalties and interest from any subsequent visit from the HMRC
